Mark Beadles

Mark is the Chief Architect for ENDFORCE. Mark is responsible for ENDFORCE's product architecture, security, and standards compliance. Mark joined the company as an original employee in 1999 and has over thirteen years industry experience in security, networking, and software development. Prior to ENDFORCE, Mark served in senior engineering positions with UUNET and CompuServe Network Services. Mark is a past chairman in the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) and is the co-author of several Internet Requests for Comment (RFCs). Before entering the software industry, he served in the US Army, where he held a Top Secret/SCI clearance as a tactical communications NCO. Mark is a member of ISSA, ACM, and IEEE, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computers and Society from Michigan State University.

Bob Bragdon

Bob Bragdon is the publisher of CSO (Chief Security Officer) magazine, the world's leading resource for security executives. Mr. Bragdon manages the full CSO product line, including CSOonline.com, CSO magazine, CSO Research and CSO Events. He works closely with industry vendors, enterprise security executives, and federal, state and local government and law enforcement agencies in identifying and addressing the challenges of today's complex security and risk management environments. A recognized expert on enterprise security and national security issues, Mr. Bragdon is a frequent speaker and moderator, having presented and keynoted at numerous industry events and webcasts. His unique insights are frequently sought by the national media, most recently providing expert commentary for The Washington Post, The National Journal, CNN, and others. Prior to his current role at CSO, he held various management positions in marketing, sales and product development at Key3Media, SOFTBANK, Ziff-Davis and Cahners Publishing. He is a member of ASIS International and holds a BA in Government & International Relations from Bowdoin College.

Jason Chan

Jason is a Principal Security Architect for @stake, where he serves as technical leader for the Secure Infrastructure Center of Excellence. In this role, he works with many of the world's largest enterprises to help ensure the security of their digital assets. Prior to joining @stake, he worked in the Information Warfare Engineering group with the US Navy Space and Naval Warfare Center. He has published articles for SysAdmin Magazine and Computer Fraud and Security and graduated from the College of Charleston.

Scott Crawford

Scott Crawford, CISSP, is a senior analyst with Enterprise Management Associates, an IT industry analyst firm headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, focused on all aspects of network, system and application management in the enterprise. The first Information Security Officer for the International Data Centre of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization in Vienna, Austria, Scott has also been a systems professional with the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research as well as Emerson and other public companies. 

Kevin Flanagan

Kevin is a Senior Application Security Architect for BMW Financial Services where he is responsible for building security programs aimed implementing and enforcing consistent security across all BMW Financial applications. Prior to BMW Financial Services, Kevin held Senior and Lead Engineer positions at SmartPipes Inc., MCI WorldCom and CompuServe Network Services. Kevin is committed to sorting out the real security issues from market hype and determining cost-effective and proactive safeguards for genuine threats.

Curt Franklin

Curt Franklin is a Senior Technology Editor for Network Computing, responsible for their information security core area. Curt was previously the Managing Editor/Technology for InternetWeek. Curt has been a writer, editor, and manager in the computer and networking industries for the last 20 years, serving as director of labs at Client/Server Computing, and in editorial positions at HowStuffWorks.com, ITWorld.com, Solutions Integrator, VARBusiness, Circuit Cellar INK, and BYTE. He has been a frequent speaker on a variety of topics in North America and Europe.

Greg Franz

Greg has more than 15 years experience as an IT security and network specialist. His experience includes leadership roles in IT security management, network engineering and software development with companies such as Scotts Lawn, Schlumberger, and ABB. He has successfully managed large scale network and security operations and brings experience and expertise to our organization in designing, testing, auditing and supporting enterprise security initiatives. Mr. Franz has a B.S. in Computer Science from Ohio Dominican University.

David Keene

David is the Vice President, Engineering for ENDFORCE, where he is responsible for managing and coordinating the engineering resources necessary to build ENDFORCE's endpoint security enforcement products. Prior to joining the company in 1999, David served as a Principal and Chief Technology Officer at Esquared Software Systems, where he specialized in systems software and enterprise consulting. As part of his fourteen years of software development experience, David led the research and development efforts at CompuServe for next generation packet, ATM, and Frame Relay network products. David holds a B.S. with distinction and a M.S. in Computer and Information Science from The Ohio State University.

Pete Lindstrom

Pete Lindstrom is Research Director for Spire Security, an industry analyst firm focused on information security issues and market research within its Four Disciplines of Security Management reference model. Lindstrom held previous positions at Fortune 500 companies, public accounting firms, and the United States Marine Corps. He is a graduate of the University Of Notre Dame and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Lindstrom is a frequent speaker and writer on security topics and is quoted often in the press. He is on the editorial advisory board of Information Security Magazine.

Richard Rozzell

Rick has 14 years experience in consulting and information systems security. He currently serves as a Security Analyst specializing on risk management and enterprise security for a major Midwestern power company. Prior to his current position he proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. Rick is also an adjunct professor at Franklin University and the current treasurer of the ISSA's Mid-Ohio chapter. Mr. Rozzell holds a B.A. in Business Administration from St. Leo University and an M.S. in Information Systems from Roosevelt University.

Sondra J. Schneider

Sondra J. Schneider, Founder and CEO, Security University is an 18 year veteran of information security. As the founder of Security University, Sondra has 11 years experience teaching, consulting and advising on Intrusion Detection and PKI. Prior to founding Security University, Ms. Schneider was a co-founder of IFSEC, an Information Security Consulting firm in New York City, where she was responsible for Business Strategy and New Business Development. As Partner of New Business Development, she was responsible for the introduction and implementation of Intrusion Detection and Public Key Infrastructure solutions for customer networks like AT&T and managed services, as well as implementing Information Security Training programs for IDS and PKI. Capitalizing on her earlier product experience as Northeast Director of Business Development for the WheelGroup (acquired by CISCO), Ms. Schneider brought real-time intrusion detection systems and tools to telecommunication, healthcare, financial institutions and Fortune 500 customers.
